Question : i am suffering from a urological problem that my entire urin is not passing out and post void residue is presently 65% and total residue is 323ml after void, it was 390 that was 90% previosly before 6months. uroflowmetry is very low that is less than 4ml per second . no pressure requiring to pass urin, its simple but taking time to peak it up. although maximum residue is there in blader. some time in night urine passin out in the bed specialy when i sleep with my left side on bed. but when my right side in bed no problem. without surgery having anyurvedic etc way.alternative way to cure via Aus

Based on the facts that you are unable to empty your bladder completely resulting i to 390 ml of urine remaining in bladder (Post Void Urine ) can be either due to Stricture Urethra or Neurogenic Bladder .

You need to do following basic tests to confirm the diagnosis
1) Radiological Test called Retrograde Cysto-Urethrogram
2) Urodynamic study of bladder
3) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy) ..

The further treatment will be decided by your urologist based on the results of these tests and final diagnosis .
