Urine is normally bit warmer then skin. In cases of urine retention or prostate hypertrophy this may be more pronounced especially for urine that comes at the end since this is urine that is last entering bladder from the ureter. So you should do prostate ultrasound just to rule out prostate issues. Wish you good health. Regards
