Ans- In My Opinion you should Consult your Surgeon ,who would assess and confirm your problem after physical and radiological Confirmation.
He would fix if its Short Saphenous Venous System Type or accompanied with Long Saphenous Venous System Incompetence.He would also find out if Deep Vein Thrombosis is the cause of this Embarassing Vein Marks on Calf Veins.
YOu would need to get USG / Colour doppler study to assess your leg Vein Marks,for the sites of perforator Veins.
You need to get it treated with Vascular Surgeon, who would treat it by standard and well accepted therapy of-
Endo Venous Laser Treatment(commonly know as-EVLT-)-with / or without emoblization of incompetent perforator Veins with Polyvinyl foam Particle or Coils.
This would relieve your marks in few weeks treatment,which is a Painless Procedure and is commonly used Now a days world-over.
