Question : MyHydroxyvitamin D measures 16.26 ng/ml. I cannot immediately go for detailed tests. Please advise me what medicines should I start taking right now.

D-RISE 60000 IU

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

You have Vitamin D deficiency.
Technically it needs a fulsome interpretation with Serum Calcium and Serum PTH as well.
Please get them done sooner.
Till then I suggest you to take TAB D-RISE 60000 I.U (or any cholecalciferol) preparation early morning with milk, once a week, for 12 weeks.
Re asess how the Serum Vit D levels did after 12 weeks.
