Question: Kindly suggest me any creams to remove white patches or dark colors in my groin region.... The photo attached...

Use antifungal medication

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
You have developed fungal infection of groin.
The infection has presented as dark patch on thigh and as white line in fold of thigh due to presence of moisture.
I treat such cases with a combination of topical antifungal cream and antifungal powder.
You can use clotrimazole cream in night and clotrimazole powder in morning for a month.
This should help you.
