Question : Hello Mr.Dr Rynne. This is XXXXXXX Rodriguez and I'm writing this email so i can see if you can help me by telling me what medicine from the counter is good for me so I can get my period fast. and I'm a diabetic person that I don't have any allergies that I know of. And I'm 38 year old.

If you have delay in periods and pregnancy has been ruled out after a urine test then you need to have synthetic progesterone pills for 5 days to have a withdrawal bleeding. These hormonal pills are available on prescription pnly. You cannot get these over the counter. Over the counter pills aren't effective in such cases.
