I can understand your concern

If you were my patient first i would recommend you to avoid ambients wtth freshened air .

The actual treatment you are taking is good i agree with it.You can use it for several days safely. From them i pfrefer xanax tab orally once before sleeping

Usually alergic situation if you avoid the etiologic factor disappears and the patient remains free of symptoms for a long time fortunately.
