                                            Question : I accidently left my Forteo pen out of the refrigerator overnight (8 hrs.) Is it still safe to use?

If the FORTEO delivery device has been left out of the refrigerator, do not throw the delivery device
away. Place the delivery device back in the refrigerator and call XXXXXXX XXXXXXX and Company at 0-000-

I would recommend to use it if there is no change in the appearance solution in the cartridge.
Just in case if you are not able to see the inside of the pen then I were to use a new pen after replacing the current one back in the refrigerator.You may action once the customer care resumes it function.
According to me customer care's opinion is very important to use devices (especially pen's) as per their instructions.
