Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

Fordyce spots are benign glandular swellings they have no significance other than cosmatix issues..

They are not dangerous and they dont creat any problem in future their removal is mostlt surgical or with some new laser techniques and they can come back. so if they are not a real big concern to you.. You can just let them be there..or else.talk to your dermatologist about available options for removal.

I hope this answered your question, a

Brief Answer:
They look like fordyce spots to me and your history supports that too.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing back,
Dear me i have seen the picture you sent , it indeed looks like a fordyce spot. As you told that there are just three of them and they don't hurt you so i believe you don't have to bother much about them. They are usually benign and they don't really create any problem in long term as well.

Unless they are hindering your normal life or creating too much of cosmetic issues In my opinion there should not be done anything for them they don't go away with medication and interventions have their own side effects which should only be done if benefits weight more than the side effects and in your case no intervention is needed until unless they start paining or start increasing in number.

Best Regards.

Dr.Ahmad
