Question : I've had lower abdominal pain all weekend, slept an inordinate amount. Maybe a low fever but not really sure. I haven't eaten much but trying to drink a lot. Tried a suppository and enima but no real bm. Also have pain mid back radiating into upper abdominals (ate a yoghurt short time ago). What should I do?

Well your pain needs to evaluated especially if you have fever, severe pain, vomiting or associated urinary symptoms.
Worthwhile getting an ultrasonography of tummy done To rule out serious causes.
Mean while can try taking mild antispasmodic like mebeverine 135 if available over the counter twice a day Along with syrup cremaffin plus 15 ml twice a day for passing stools after consulting your physician.
Take semisolids as liquid may further worsen your constipation. Keep a track of your temperature if you have fever then it needs urgent evaluation
