Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain And Nausea During Pregnancy

Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I would like to see the last ultrasound report and her current medicines which she is taking on regular basis so that I can advise better.
This nausea and cramping is common in early months of pregnancy and thus will be relieved by itself by simple Precautions like rest and avoiding long hours of standing.
But the slight bleeding she is having is not a good thing and thus in my opinion she needs to take progesterone tablets daily for supporting pregnancy and avoiding this in future.
Would like to know the medicines she is having right now and the reports of Ultrasounds so far.

Hi, I have seen the attached report and everything seems fine but still take a note of the following points -
- have a good amount of rest with no exertion at all
- avoid intercourse
- take ample amount of water
- take good amount of milk and green leafy vegetables
- almonds and walnuts are very good and should be taken on daily basis
- avoid any kind of stress
- keep taking all the medicines as prescribed daily without a miss.
