Question : Hy. I have many many tiny small dot dot hole in my face. Due to pimple . Pimples gone away . But hole and black face steel. After 3 year. I am 20 male. Plz help.

Your main concern is post acne scaring. I would have preferred if you would have uploaded a photograph of the affected area so that I am able to judge the severity and type of acne scaring.
Post-acne scars can be of various type and treatment is individualized depending on the type of scaring:
-Icepick scars
-Boxcar scars
-Rolling type of acne scars.
Treatment depends on the type and severity of acne scaring.
Simpler options available that are suitable for superficial/minor scaring: Chemical peeling, Microdernabrasion/Dermabrasion.
Dermaroller, Fractional CO 2 Laser, Subcision etc is for deeper scaring: Rolling and Boxcar scars
Punch elevation/floation, Punch excision and grafting, Punch excision and primary closure are mainly for Icepick scars and Boxcar scars.
I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for a visual assessment of the kind and severity of acne scars and subsequent management.
Regarding pigmentation you can either take a few sessions of chemical peeling from your dermatologist Or Your dermatologist may also ask you to use a skin lightening cream containing one or more of the skin lightening ingredients like Azaleic acid, Kojic acid, Hydroquinone, Arbutin etc
Use a broad spectrum gel based sunscreen throughout the day/protect from sunlight.
