Brief Answer:
Piles or fissure

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
The commonest causes of blood on wiping are:
- If without any pain, most likely from a pile (hemorrhoid).
- If with pain:
Anal fissure
Excoriation of the anal/perianal skin.

Please give details:
- Whether there was pain during or after passing stool?
- Constipation?
- Any associated problems.
- Is this for the first time?

The treatment will depend upon the cause that has caused the bleed to come out.

I hope this answers your query.
