Brief Answer:
Possibility of either herpes labialis Or perioral dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

I suggest a possibility of perioral dermatitis Or herpes labialis. However, I would like to gather more informtaion from you in order to be able to guide you better..

Were the rashes on both sides? Herpes labialis manifests more often on one side than on both sides as a cluster of fluid filled blisters. Were they fluid filled blisters Or simply raised bumps? Or were theyconfluent red rashes?

Brief Answer:
Angular cheilitis; B complex vitamin supplment

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have reviewed the Images. The condition these images represent is known as 'angular cheilitis'. It is neither labial herpes not is it perioral dermatitis.
Angular cheilitis is commonly due to B-complex vitamin deficiency, therefore, as a treating doctor I would suggest a once daily B-complex vitamin supplment for her, for a period of 15 days.
