Question : I have anxiety and the last couple of
Days I have been having goosebumps/chills on my scalp.
I'm also sun burnt. What could this be?

I understand your concern.
You have photosensitivity or allergy to sun exposure. If you have been taking antibiotic like Tetracycline or Doxycycline, it can produce this. Also there are other conditions like lupus and certain other skin conditions also produce this type of reaction. .
The feeling of anxiety can occur with any condition where sympathetic activity is increased.
