Suggest Remedy For Anxiety When Diagnosed With OCD
Question: Hello! Doctor i am XXXXXXX was suffered from ocd doctor diagosed and told i am so anxious n said your personality is completely anxious from last five years i am now 30 years old i took complete treatment and cbt treatment too and left medicine 1 year before now a days am so worried because my mom shouted on my servant very bady and dont know why i got scared and thought he gonna put posion in food and we all die and feeling scary a lot now is this delusion of prescution can i have possibility to develop this disorder or this is my fear only please help me out doctor

I think this belief is just out of anxiety.
