Question: I have Psoriatic arthritis; however these symptoms have got me worried. When I eat I become constipated and lower back pain becomes problematic. I am that way for three to four days then experience diarrhea. Back pain burning and tingling of feet subsides. Then the cycle starts over. Sated about a month ago.

Brief Answer:
You may be having irritable bowel syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you might be having irritable bowel syndrome. In this condition patient has back pain, constipation and diarrhoea. It can be triggered by stress , certain food specially spicy food. So I would suggest you following.
1. Avoid eating high fat or carbohydrates.
2. Do not take spicy food or alcohol.
3. Take Pan D Tablet one daily.
4. Avoid stress.
5. increase fibres in duet like salad.
I hope these steps will help you. There is no cure for IBS but life style modification can help you. Also you can take opinion from a psychiatrist.
Thanks.
