Question: Okay, I have adopted my nephew. Who is 9 years old and still wets the bed. He complains of a prickly in his penis, and when he urinates it feels like it tightens up and he can feel pricklys. He has a white discharge in his underwear daily. There is history of sexual abuse with him, but we are unclear to how far it has gone. He has explained that this has been going on since he was about 4 or 5, and that his mother never took him in to get it checked.
