Brief Answer:
Hello,

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
Possibly you have dyspepsia and functional constipations
But I guess better to rule out other problems like thyroid problem,
hence worthwhile getting basic tests like CBC, ESR, TSH, Sugar fasting and stool examination.
If these are normal then trying some medication like pantocid IT once a day and isapgula husk will help.
In addition it is improving your life style like
1) regular eating and sleeping habits
2) regular exercise
3) avoiding lying down two hours after meal
4) drinking plenty of water
5) avoiding stress (this is the commonest culprit )
6) avoiding allergens like pollution
will help to curb these problems significantly
for bad breath you need to see a dentist to ensure a good oral hygiene as it is the commonest cause.
Hope this answers your query.
Will be happy to answer any further queries
Happy to help
wish you a speedy recovery
