Question : Hi I've develop pimple like bumps on top base of my shaft and around the pubic region. It start with one and have now formed a cluster. I don't itch. I have popped one and it bled for a little bit then formed. I have attached a photo. I can't find anything that looks similar. Am concerned and would like some help.

This could be due to an infection that may be bacterial or viral.

Unfortunately, the pic is not there. I request you to attach the pic again and in the meantime pay attention to the following measures

1 Good hygiene

2 Locally, an antibiotic cream like Mupirocin or comparable

3 avoid touching the area

Hi thanks for your reply. I have attached a photo. You can also see the one i just popped.I have a better photo which shows where these things are isolated. See attached. Is this a std? It started with one and is spreading around this area. Nothing on the gland (as yet)
