Hello again.
The last we talked, you did mention that the laser is helping with the folliculitis.
Is it doing that ?
How many sessions left ?
It is possible that one of the hair follicles got infected, that caused the blister and pus.
Once the laser obliterates all the hair follicles, you should be fine.
And yes, what about the Nortryptiline ?
Did it not make even a little difference ?
Take care.

Is it as bad as earlier ?
There is actually no step other than laser treatment for the folliculitis.
Seriously.
That SHOULD handle the problem.
How many sessions of laser left ?
Maybe the Nortryptiline dosage needs to be upped.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Get it done there too.

Detailed Answer:
Yes of course you can have it there.
The genital area is damp and wet, so more prone to infections.
I agree that you have suffered quite a bit, but trust me, it is just a bad case of folliculitis, and nothing more.
