Question : I was recently eating and suddbely i felt two bumps on the inside of my cheek (i dont recall biting myself) they do not hurt, they are just concerning due to thier sudden appearence and color (dark red)

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain,presentation of symptoms and the images attached the dark red bumps present on the inside of your cheek looks like Hematoma or Blood Blisters and the most common cause of it is cheek bite..
There seems nothing serious and you need not to worry..
Blood blisters are self limiting and resolve gradually on their own and do not require any treatment.
You can just do alternate warm and cool compresses over them for faster regression..
Eat safely so that do not get injured again..
Avoid hard, very hot and spicy foods..
