Brief Answer:
Possible Hemotympanum.A CT temporal bone will help

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have traumatic rupture of eardrum.

In order to assess the severity I advise you to have Impedance audiometry.

A consultation with a Audiologist and ENT surgeon will help.

Only small tears will heal.

Large tears or those with recurrent bleed will not heal spontaneously and will require surgery.

A CT of the Temporal bone is required in case the symptoms worsen in the next 7 days .

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
