Brief Answer:
hemorrhoids or anal fissure probably

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

if you were constipated then minor injury to the hemorrhoids or an anal fissure might have caused the bleeding. Hemorrhoids is the most common cause of such bleeding. Any kind of bleeding related to bowel movements is alarming until the cause is diagnosed. You should visit your doctor for clinical examination and perhaps for endoscopy of the lower part of the intestine.

If you had pain during the bowel movement then anal fissure or external hemorrhoids can be suspected. If the bowel movement was painless then internal hemorrhoids could have caused it. In any case, let your doctor investigate the cause.
