Question : I have a bleed at the entrance of my vagina I'm post menapause. I don't take hormones the blood is not up inside I feel like it stings a little.
Brief Answer:
Go for internal examination.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
welcome to HCM,
I can understand your concerns,
As you told that blood is not coming from up inside,it means that there is local lesion like polyp or cervical erosion.
I would suggest that you should consult your gynecologist and should go for internal examination(pelvic examination) to know any local pathology.
The treatment will depend on the cause of bleeding.
Hope it helps.
Feel free to ask further,
Thanks.
