At the age of 7 or 8, I had found slight blood in my urine. Upon consulting a doctor, he had told me to clean my penis regularly by pulling down the shaft and exposing the glans. He said that the foreskin would get attached to the head of the penis if I did not do so regularly. He told me that the simple way of finding out if everything was okay was to see if my pee is coming out straight or at an angle!
Now that I am old enough to realize what is what, I find that the tip of my foreskin is still attached to the inside at the bottom side. I am unable to pull the shaft down.
I am a virgin but I have seen a couple of adult movies and everyone can move their shaft down in all the videos.
Also, my pee still come out at an angle. Should I be tensed, or is it a natural thing?
Other than this, I have had no problem.
Please guide me as to the right course of action, and if I should be worried.
Thanks,
XXXX
You have a band of adhesion between glans and foreskin.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem in complete retraction of foreskin over glans penis due to a band of skin attached to the frenulum and glans penis .
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you able to retract foreskin completely over glans penis without any pain especially when penis is erected.
This is mostly due to adhesion of skin from the frenulum to glans .
Please consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis. You mat need to get this band excised (Frenuloplasty) .
This is a very simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

It has been an extremely useful information, thank you very much. As for your query, NO I AM UNABLE to retract the foreskin completely when it is erect. Not only does it start paining, but the attached skin starts pulling the tip of of the glans (towards itself).
What would you suggest my course of action should be now? Is the operation necessary, or can it be avoided? Is there some other remedy?
Thanks,
XXXX
There is no other option than surgery.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
There is no option other than surgery ,
Most probably releasing of adhesion band will solve the issue .
However If the foreskin can be retracted fully even after realising the band operating surgeon may decide to do Circumcision.
Thanks and Regards.
