Question : I fell two weeks ago and hit my head. I passed out. The lump untiallyz was hard and now is soft. However, under the soft mushy lump it feels indented and under the sent it feels like hard bone. I have been having blurred vision. It was the right back of skull

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The lump most likely is a subcutaneous hematoma. It will gradually resolve itself. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C is helpful in recovery.

It would be worthwhile to visit a doctor before planning other investigation such as X-ray skull or CT scan of head.

I want to know since when you are having blurred vision.
