Brief Answer:
Get examined & investigated - as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Breathlessness of this degree could be serious / it needs examination and investigation. Preferably as soon as possible – because this could mean heart (failure) or Lung (asthma) / or even psychological
See your doctor NOW… You may need ECG, ECHO, X-ray chest, Blood tests (blood counts, electrolytes, kidney function etc.)
The ideal option will be to get admitted to a multi-speciality hospital, get investigated and treated and stabilised
It is better to be safe than sorry

Check your Blood Pressure again.
The range for the upper figure (Systolic) is 90 to 140 mm Hg.
The range for the lower figure (Diastolic) is 60 to 90 mm Hg.
Start treatment if high – because it is a silent killer..
There may not be any symptom in most of the people.
The aim is to prevent long term complications.
A battery of investigations will be necessary because of young age

The weight should be related to the height
Apparently you are obese
You ought to reduce weight
Weight is like bank account – reduces by withdrawing more (physical work) and/or deposit less (eat less). See a dietician – modify the quantity & quality of food. There is no officially approved medicine without side effects.
Slow steady reduction – 2 KG a week, is safe.

Good luck
God bless you
