Question : I have been struggling with my breathing for about a month now. I can't seem to get over it. I'm taking my meds, but I'm still struggling. EX: I cleaned my mother's sink and it took 3 hours to recover, and I slept for 2 of them. I brought in groceries from the car, in a basket on wheels, after bringing in the first the first load it took 2 hours to recover. I think it's probably time for prednisone again.

Brief Answer:
avoid allergens

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

it seems that you're allergic to various substances. The best thing you can do is to try to avoid them as much as possible. Your lungs may have a tendency for bronchoconstriction. Prednisone will be helpful but this is not a permanent solution. Avoidance should be your main strategy.

If your oxygen is too low and you're having serious trouble when breathing, you should visit your doctor and perhaps even the local hospital. Your breath has to be assessed with Peak Expiratory Flow measurement and oxygen saturation. If you have the necessary devices to do the tests, you can also do them at home and only contacty your doctor if the results are disappointing.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
