Question : I have a large lump on my arm from hitting my forearm. When I first hit it, it looked like a vein was bulging out and now it has just turned into a large lump. Should I be concerned about blood clots or anything?

It could be subcutaneous hematoma or large bruise but I will need to inspect the lesion before coming to any conclusion.
