Question: Hi I have a bump I think at the end of my penis and I'm not sure what it is or if it's normal. I also feel as though I have urine still in my urethra I'm not in any pain though. Can I send a picture?

Would you have any idea what would be causing me to feel like I need to urinate and that it currently and for the past week feels like I have urine in my urethra? Could it be a UTI?
