Brief Answer:
Mixed features of urticaria and infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my hectic work schedule.

I have gone through your query and attached images/reports in detail.

You probably seem to have mixed features of infection and Cholinergic form of urticaria.

It is important to stop masturbation once for all to avoid this issue.

A short course of antifungal and anti allergic pills will certainly help you to get rid of this problem.

I generally prescribe my patients with oral pills of Fluconazole and Deslor for 2weeks.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe it to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Cholinergic urticaria can be controlled.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.

Yes,cholinergic urticaria can largely be controlled.

A good and sustainable response to antihistamine agents indicates possible cure.

The infection I refer to is a non specific urinary tract infection. This isn't gonorrhea.

It is important to get a complete urine examination for the burning micturition.

It will be better if you can avoid frequent masturbation as it can pre dispose you to friction injuries and temporary erectile dysfunction.

Mucus in the stool could also suggest infection.

Hence a complete stool examination is also mandatory.

I don't think these issues should bother your sexual life once they are treated adequately and appropriately.

Get the tests and update me results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
