Brief Answer:
Anal hemorrhoids; further evaluation by proctologist advised...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

From what you are describing, it seems that you are suffering of piles (hemorrhoids). A photograph of your anal area is required for a more specific diagnosis.

Burning and paining are commonly associated with hemorrhoids together with blood.
Continue taking prep H ointment and keep good anal hygiene.

If constipated, please:
- drink plenty of water
- take gentle laxatives and lactulose to soften the stool and ease bowel movement (bm)
- increase intake of fiber-rich foods; can start taking fiber supplements containing psyllium

A further evaluation by proctologist is recommended together with colonoscopy/anoscopy.

All the best! Let me know if I can be of further help!
