Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation On Penis Foreskin

Question : I have a burning sensation on my foreskin after heavy masturbation I am also sexually active and uncircumcised . Do you kno what's wrong with me?

If there is no any visible change on penis head or penis discharge then you dont have to be worried. Sometimes penis is irritated due to masturbation and this is normal sensation. If you have these symptoms then you must do std testing to rule out possible infection. also,if there is no sign,then it may be infection of testicles and epididimits and it can be diagnosed by urine analysis and ultrasound. I suggest to apply mild steroid cream such as nysattine right after masutrbation and if symptoms persist you should see urologist to do these tests

No visible change this has been going on every couple years I have dark small bumps under my penis head and really small ones on top . And under my testicles itch and on my legs sometimes it's hard to retract my foreskin in painful.

And this is what I told the doctor also. He ran some test and said I was ok. And gave me some cream and said I should be ok

Thanks so much! Another thing though after years and years of going threw this the bumps never went away! I'm not to good on hygiene and stuff. And I'm not good wit taking medicine

And sometimes have a fishy smell sometimes

thi sis all normal. such smells occur in uncircumcised people and this is not sign of infection. also, if bumps are present for long time and dont change then this is normal and this can represent various dermatologic lesions which dont have to be removed but if there is estetic concern it can be removed by urolgoist or dermatologist.

Also sometimes when I almost get done urinating I fell a small stingy feeling on the inside of the head of my penis! Where does that come from? My foreskin itches sometime also!

Such smell is caused by anaerobic bacterias which are normally found in urethra and sometimes these bacterias may overgrow and cause fishy smell. It can be prevented with several showering per day and pulling foreskin and washing under it with mild soaps or mild steroid creams.

this can indicate uroinfection and it can be ruled out only by taking urinoculture so ask your doctor to do this. this means that urinary tract is inflammed, and it would explain symptoms taht you re talking about. even deeper urinary infections such as cystitis,epididimits and prostatitis would cause pain and diiscomfort during and after urination. other possible causes are kidney stones or urethritis (viral,bacterial or allergic).

Died you do any tests I 've recommended. You should apply mild steroid cream such as nystatine if there is itchiness. Also have few days per day penis baths in chammomile tea. If symptoms persist for 1 week then you need to see urologist
