Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam,

Thanks for writing to us.

I can understand your situation. You have narrated your situation.

You have chronic fatigue syndrome. You are taking Lyrica(Pregabalin), Loratab(acetaminophen and hydrocodone), Cymbalta(duloxetine) and Ambien(zolpidem for sleep).
Your problem is more at night.
Dose of lyrica can be increased if it is only 75 mg.More dose and other medicines should be taken at night. Or some benzodiazepine can be given for sound sleep which can prevent problem at night.

Chronic fatigue syndrome has no specific etiology. Various factors has been found out responsible for it. Depending upon responsible factors which may physical or psychological, treatment is done. From your medicines it seems that your problem is more psychological than physical.
To help you more I need some more information from your side.

- How problem started?
- How did you diagnose chronic fatigue syndrome?
- What investigations has been done?Provide details.
- Since when are you suffering from this?
- Dose, duration and frequency of current medicines?
- Are you getting enough sound sleep with ambien?
- What do you want to know exactly from us apart from problem at night?

Hope this answer is helpful, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
