Question : WHAT IS THE POSSIBLE CAUSE OF CLEAR, ODORLESS SECRETION FROM PENIS DURING NORMAL EVENING SLEEP TIME?

As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.
There're various causes for such a secretion, but can occur without one also.
You're advised to get an urine culture, which you may not have done.
At your age, get certain blood tests like blood routine, sugar,creatinine, sugar,and an ulrasound scan of abdomen, with TRUS(trans rectal ultrasound scan), done.
After examination by an Urologist, one can advise you properly, seeing the reports.
Drink 8-10 glasses liquids daily.
I don't think you really need to worry, about an episode of clear secretion, during an evening nap.
Relax and enjoy life.
