Question : my wife was a 5th month pregnant now she was suffering from cold now what I want to do

In my opinion cold is a viral infection.As the pregnancy is a low immunity status there will be predisposition to these infections .
Tablet panadol combination with decongestants like cold n flu will give relief.
Avoid chill items.Take lukewarm water.If sore throat is present do warm salt water gargling twice a day.
Follow your doctors advise regarding to dosage as they will be prescribed depending on the severity.
Nothing to worry.Take good nutritional diet like fresh fruits,veggies,egg,meat ,milk etc and vitamin C rich food throughout the pregnancy to build up immunity status and proper growth of fetus.

panadol means paracetamol 500mg there is no pains or headache ...can I use levocetrizine or fexofenadine 120mg at night time
