Question : Hi Doctor,

I am north XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX Rajsthan. I sifted Banglore( south India) in Nov 2014. In banglore i have regular daily problem of cold, running nose, sneezing etc (I think due to XXXXXXX wheather). Suggest any remedies.

Hello dear,

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.

You are mostly having allergic symptoms due to humid and cold weather.
You need
1. Combination of antihistamine and antiallergic oral tablet.
2. Nasal spray containing inhaled steroid.
3. Oral steroids as and when required.
Since all these drugs are prescribed medicines, you need to consult doctor for the prescription.

I also advice you to take influenza vaccine every year. Because viral infection is the main cause for such allergic symptoms.

So better to consult doctor and discuss all these and start appropriate treatment.
