Question : HI YESTERDAY WAS A WINDY DAY AND I WAS WORKING WITH PAINT AND DUST NOW I HAVE A TIGHT CHEST A COUGH AND BLOCKED NOSE, COULD T BE HAYFEVER
Brief Answer:
Yes, it can be hay fever.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Yes, it can be some sort of hay fever due to allergic reaction. However it is also possible that you have some kind of upper respiratory tract infection (so called cold). Especially if you have also some fever and the cough is dry.
If you have more like productive cough, tightness in the chest, some asthma issue can be the case.
In both cases you should consult your doctor, have chest auscultation. In case of infection, antibiotics might be necessary.
If its asthma, some inhalers are needed.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
