Question : Hi. I'm 72 years old, no longer sexually active, and obviously, post-menopausal. On Saturday night, during a bout of constipation, I apparently shed my uterine lining. What should be my next steps?

Welcome to HCM: Please note that any form of bleeding post menopausal should be evaluated for cancer no matter what, the short answer is get checked out and this is definitely not normal under any circumstances, even if you were sexually active. Good luck.
