Brief Answer:
add syrup cremaffin plus to syrup duphalac

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm.

Yes I can understand your concerns.

Since the bleeding is painless and hard stool is there, in my opinion it is due to hemorrhoids. It can be confirmed on proctoscopy. I will suggest you to sgift to syrup cremaffin plus if duphalac is not helping rather you may add it along with duphalac. Both are different laxative. Also for hemorrhoids I will suggest you to take cap calcium dobesilate 500mg thrice a day for 3 weeks and tablet venusmin thrice a day for 10 days. These both tablets will help in resolving bleeding. But what you have to keep in mind is the stool should be soft. Along with laxative take lots of fibres and fluids daily to soften the stool.

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health
