Question : HI there.
I ve coeliac disease all my life and recently had major constipation issues recently. Ive seen a Dr who is doing test s for Lupus but I don't have the results yet.. I did come out in a rash on face on my cheeks and eyes....Meanwhile I have been detoxing and have finished a series of colonics to get things back to zero because Dr's recommended laxitives didn't work.
I'm drinking juices and mushy food...but if I try to eat solid food, it hurts just below my rib cage. It dissipates eventually but occurs usually after food.... I'm hungry but feel too scared to eat....

Brief Answer:
Need to change your diet

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in

With coeliac disease laxatives will probably not be effective to manage constipation

I would suggest you add extra fiber to your diet and take fiber supplement in form of Psyllum husk or any other form available in your region

Take plenty of fluids orally

A probiotic twice a day for three to four weeks will surely help

Hope this helps
