Question : I ate a piece of meat and started coughing. It still feels like it's caught in my throat. I coughed so much, my face is red, I'm still coughing up saliva, and I got a terrible headache. What should I do?
I am also belching. I don't know if I should take my night meds. Some of them are sedative. Also will this just make my problem worse?

In my opinion , you should consult ENT specialist & get endoscopy done to rule out Foreign body as soon as possible .

Avoid sedatives , it will make your problem worse & get other night medicine check by Doctor .

Till then you can use antacid syrup like gelusil .

You will get some relief .

I am now getting some type of reflux I think and am vomiting small amounts
