Question : Hi. My baby is 7.5 months. She is having cold and cough. Can I give her banana when she is having cold?

I have gone through your query. Better to avoid bananas till she recover as they increase mucous production. You can substitute this with pears , apple , pine apple or water melon which doesn't increase mucous production. Give everything warm. Giving warm fluids like lemon tea is good also.
