Brief Answer:
Two possibilities: either ringworm infection or dyshidrotic eczema

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic
According to your history their are two possibilities: either ringworm infection of the hand or dyshidrotic eczema.
Ringworm is a fungal infection which is characterised by blisters and bumps in usually one hand.
Dyshidrotic eczema presents with blisters and bumps and is usually endogenous in origin depending on the internal sensitivity of the individual.
If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to go for potassium hydroxide scraping for testing for the fungus.
In such cases I recommend my patients to take tablet terbinafine 250 mg once daily along with application of clotrimazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 3 weeks.
These are prescription medicines and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
I hope to have answered your queries and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
These are warts, a viral infection

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
You are having warts. It is a viral infection caused by Human papilloma virus.
You need to consult a dermatologist and get them removed.
Regarding the white bump on the penis it can be either wart or molluscum contagiosum which is again a viral infection and needs to be removed.

Brief Answer:
Genital warts sexually transmitted, rest transmitted by other routes

Detailed Answer:
Genital warts are mostly sexually transmitted, not the warts over other sites of the body.
Stagnant water might be the cause of your warts if it contained human papilloma virus and also if you had any minor abrasion or cut on your hand through which the virus might have entered.
