Question : I have really dark under eye circles. this has been there from last 9-10 years. I have tried home remedies like potato juice/ slices and cucumber. I have tried taking Vitamin C on a daily basis as well. Will tri o bloc cream help in reducing these patches? If not, could you suggest me how to get rid off these ugly dark circles?
