Pigmentation remedy

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query.

Sunprotection is an essential part of management of Pigmentation on face. I would suggest that you use a broad spectrum sunscreen through out the day. Your sunscreen should be broad spectrum, that is, it should provide both UV B as well as UV A coverage and should have a minimum spf of 30 or more.

Apart from that you may use a skin lightening cream containing one or more of the following ingredients like kojic acid, glycolic acid, hydroquinone etc over the patches once daily at night.

Apart from the skin lightening creams, you may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling from a dermatologist e.g Glycolic peel and Trichloroacetic acid peels are specifically done for hyperpigmentation.

I would suggest that you seek an appointment with a dermatologist in your region.

Regards
