Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Usually pigmentation is common in under arms and genital area. Sometimes it is increased due to sweating, over weight, mild hormonal changes in body or during pregnancy.
Here My suggestions:
Do not use deodorants and perfumes. Instead of that you can use XXXXXXX water.
Do not use any creams like hair removal cream for under arms and better go for waxing.
Do not use any creams in genital area.
You can use whitening scrubs to remove dead cells.
Wearing tight clothes can cause pigmentation. Wear loose cotton under garments.
Sometimes fungal infection can cause it. you can use anti fungal talcum powder which is easily available over the counter.

If it is increasing then better see a dermatologist.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.

Even she never used any deodorants and perfumes directly to her body. So is there any way to lighten dark genital, vaginal area and under arms.

Hello,

It is good she does not use any creams. Hormonal changes during pregnancy also can cause pigmentation

You can use underarm whitening scrubs like Nivea or ever youth for underarms.
Better avoid applying any creams over genital area. Hygiene is very important. Since genital area is sensitive part, if you use any creams it may cause allergic reactions.
You can use Anti fungal dusting powder like ABzorb.

You can try home remedies for under arms like Potato slices, rosewater with sandal wood.
Creams which contains Hydroquinone, steroids and retinoids should be used only after consulting a dermatologist.

If she is overweight then she should try to loose her weight.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
