Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
Darkness of neck can be due to various reasons including-
1) Acanthosis nigricans- it is characterised by thickened hyperpigmented skin over back of neck.
More common in Diabetics, obesity.
2) Amyloidosis- it is characterised by rippled hyperpigmented skin over involved àrea.
3) Terra firme forme dermatosis- it is pigmentation of skin due to improper hygienic condition.
I would advise you to upload images of the involved area so that I can help you to my best.
As of now stop using supratret gel else it would aggravate the condition.
Kindly revert back with the images.
Thanks
