Brief Answer:
Usually a harmless pigmentation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The dark spots inside the vagina are likely to be due to pigmentation spots in the area. It is usually harmless. These are not likely to be related to precancerous cells in the cervix.
In case the pigmented areas are actively growing in size then it is best to consult a dermatologist and get it biopsied for proper diagnosis.

There is no image attached.

Detailed Answer:
Please attach the image in the box provided on the right hand side of the query page.
The precancerous cells are very unlikely to affect vaginal mucosa and cause a pigmentation. The atypical cells in vagina can come from the cervix but the pigmentation seems to be a separate issue.
